individuals and our Process Servers are able to
serve your important legal documents throughout
the locality and beyond. (Service of any Court
Document or Notice to proceed with debt
recovery, or Court action, where proof of
service is required).
If
you have important legal documents that require
serving immediately, then our Process Servers
will prioritise your case and will attempt to
serve your documents in accordance with your
instructions, returning them to you with proof
of service, as appropriate.
We
carry out your instructions, based on the
accurate information you supply to us regarding
the Applicant/Plaintiff/Respondent/Defendant’s
name, address etc. within 24 - 36 hours of your
written instructions. We will always revert to
you should problems arise, without first
incurring further expense.
We
will also give to you an undertaking that a
Sworn Affidavit of Personal Service will be
delivered to you within 48 - 72 hours of the
Service having taken place, also your offices
will be informed by our Process Server as soon
as service has been effected. Furthermore, we
can give you a personal guarantee that any
document we receive for service from you, will
be personally served by an employee of our
company regardless of location.
It
is our strict company policy that under no
circumstances do we instruct any outside/local
agents to serve any of our Client's documents.
By you instructing us to personally serve as
your sole agents it means just that! Both
our integrity and our work are second to none in
carrying out your explicit
instructions.
